I love all holidays, and that includes Valentine’s Day! I made dinner for my parents today to celebrate an early Valentine’s Day. Initially, I wanted every dish to incorporate red- but later decided that might be too much. So instead, I settled for a mix of dishes that let me play with a variety of foods and techniques.
