I love how easy these are and how cool they look! I like marinating my own mozzarella, but you can buy ones from the grocery store as long as they are at least 1 inch across. I usually cut the olives (with some extra slices) and then assemble these right before serving.
Ingredients / MaterialsMarinated mozzarella balls, medium size (~1 inch diameter) Green olives with red pimento inside (1 olive will work for 3 mozzarella balls if you cut carefully) Mini cupcake wrappers
1. Drain the marinated mozzarella well. Then place one mozzarella ball in each mini cupcake wrapper.
2. Drain the olives well. Slice them into thirds and place them carefully on top of the mozzarella balls.
