Lavash Crackers

I made lavash pizzas for dinner (see previous post), but only used 4 of the 6 lavash breads that came in the packet.  Since I also had some left over olive oil mix, I decided to make some flavored crackers from the remaining 2 breads.


2 pieces of lavash bread (I use ones that are ~6 inches x 10 inches)
4 tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
a pinch of salt (<1/8 tsp)
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning


1.  In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

2.  Place one of the lavash breads on a baking tray.  Spread ~2 tsp of the olive oil mix on the lavash.

3.  Bake at 350 F for 5 minutes (edges will be light brown).  Remove and cut into 8-10 pieces.
